Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher in regular classes and in the Yoga TTC 200h.
Softness is the word that I relate more to Yoga. However, it doesn’t mean that the practice is slow, not demanding or with no energy.
I come from a dancing background and most of my life I spent it fighting against my body and its limitations; always feeling it wasn’t enough.
After leaving my dancing career I first discovered the Pilates method and afterwards, Yoga. This
last discovery was a turning point in my life. Now I treat myself more lovingly, with more softness not only at a physical level but also in other areas.
I would like to help and support more people so they can find their own path towards a more enjoyable practice, even when some things don’t turn out as we expect because of our so perfectly imperfect body, and our so easy to distract minds.
I have trained with Anita Macedo (Hatha, Ashtanga, Therapeutic Yoga), Rocío Ramos and Amelie Strecker (Hatha Vinyasa), Alex Monasterio and Or Haleluya (Therapeutic Yoga), Tere Puig (Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga with babies), IEK Institute/Germany (Therapeutic Yoga), Jordi Colomer (Yoga Nidra).
